Position: Injection Moulding Operator

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor injection moulding machines during production. Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time as per production requirements. Load raw materials and ensure proper machine functioning. Monitor the moulding process and maintain consistent product quality. Inspect finished products for defects such as flash, short shots, and dimensional variations. Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting when required. Assist in mould installation, removal, and changeover activities. Maintain production targets and minimize material wastage. Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness around the machine. Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to resolve machine-related issues.



Maintain production records and report machine breakdowns or quality issues to the supervisor. Required Skills and Qualifications ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding machine operations. Knowledge of injection moulding processes, machine settings, and production procedures. Ability to identify common moulding defects and take corrective action. Understanding of quality inspection and production safety standards. Ability to work in a manufacturing workplace and meet production targets. Candidate Profile Male and Female candidates can apply.
