In this role, you will: Lead end to end delivery of digital transformation projects powered by agentic artificial intelligence and generative models, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and measurable impact on operational performance. Oversee structured change management activities by designing robust communication plans that guide stakeholders through adoption of new AI enabled processes and tools Coordinate transformation program design by defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics that support sustainable enterprise AI change strategy. Drive collaboration with key stakeholders across business and technology teams by facilitating regular forums that surface risks, decisions, and feedback related to AI driven initiatives Manage day to day project operations in a hybrid work model by organizing tasks,
