About the Role

EMIZA is looking for a Senior Executive – Warehouse Operations to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, inventory accuracy, order processing, dispatch coordination, and team productivity. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a 3PL or logistics workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
2. Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts.
3. Coordinate order picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
4. Ensure timely order fulfilment and adherence to client SLAs.
5. Maintain warehouse MIS reports and operational documentation.
6. Coordinate with transporters, clients, and internal teams.
7. Monitor productivity, space utilization, and warehouse processes.
8.



Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
9. Identify operational issues and support corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

3. Experience in 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, or distribution is preferred.
4. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
5. Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
