Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver comprehensive Sanskrit curriculum for grades 6‑8 in accordance with CBSE/State guidelines.
- Employ interactive teaching methodologies, including storytelling, dramatization, and digital resources, to enhance student engagement.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools aligned with learning objectives.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments; maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Identify and support students needing extra assistance through remedial classes, tutoring, or individualized learning plans.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate cross‑disciplinary projects and co‑scholastic activities.
- Participate in school events, parent‑teacher meetings, and career development workshops.
- Uphold the school’s values of discipline, self‑motivation, and holistic development in all interactions.
- Maintain classroom discipline, ensure a safe learning environment, and promote ethical conduct.





Essential Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Sanskrit or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Eligibility for teaching Sanskrit at the secondary level as per CBSE/State regulations.
- Strong command over Sanskrit grammar, literature, and classical texts.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional proficiency in Gujarati is a plus).

Desired Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a reputable school or junior college.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate 21st‑century pedagogical tools (e.g., smart boards, online platforms).
- Experience in organizing cultural activities, language competitions, or literary clubs.
- Proven track record of improving student academic outcomes and fostering a love for Sanskrit.
