Our testers work Remote or from VTEST and client offices across India and international locations.

We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Tester with Salesforce testing experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual testing methodologies along with hands-on experience testing Salesforce-based applications along with BDD/Gherkin syntax and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Work Location: Work from Office - Viman Nagar, Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in a week)

Qualifications: Any Graduate (Yes, at VTEST we accept ANY Graduate irrespective of Specialization, College, University. If you can TEST then apply to VTEST)

Years of Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Joining Availability - Immediate to 30 days

Required Skills:

- 4 - 6 years of manual testing experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce application testing.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in writing test cases, test plans, and understanding end-to-end business workflows.
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Gherkin) is mandatory.
- Worked on AI testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be able to effectively articulate issues and collaborate with teams.

What You Will Do:

- Understand and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for Salesforce and integrated applications.
- Conduct various types of testing – functional, regression, UI, integration, and system testing.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components), workflows, and reports.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and drive issues to resolution.
- Use tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or similar for test management and defect tracking.
- Create and maintain test documentation, test data, and testing metrics.
