Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are hiring Relationship Managers for School Finance in Udaipur and Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, relationship management, and sourcing loan opportunities from schools and educational institutions. Candidates with experience in School Finance, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Sales, or Secured Lending are preferred. Key Responsibilities Generate business leads and identify potential school finance customers. Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and channel partners. Source and promote school finance and secured lending products. Achieve assigned sales, sourcing, and disbursement targets. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and documentation.



Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities. Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups. Eligibility Criteria Relevant experience in sales, lending, or financial services preferred. Experience in School Finance, LAP, Mortgage Sales, or Secured Lending will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to achieve business targets and develop current customer relationships. Willingness to work in Udaipur or Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
