Job Description: Traditional Guide

Location: 1676, 17th Main, , JP Nagar 2nd Phase, Bangalore
Experience Required: 1-2 years
Work Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Qualification: Bachelors Degree, MBA
Salary: Rs. 26,000 to Rs. 28,000 per month (CTC), based on experience and capabilities Plus Sales Incentives

Key Responsibilities for Traditional Guide

• Manage all customer interactions,



nurture and convert customers and bring them into the traditional fold. Make our customers passionate individuals who love traditions and create customer ambassadors of our brand
• Leverage technology and various communication channels to build effective customer engagement, increase repeat purchase and customer retention.
• Build a robust positive experience for customers across various touch points.
• Analyse key customer buying behaviour and targeted customer engagement to drive customer mind share.
• Drive systematic approach to customer data mining, consulting and providing the right recommendation to customers thereby bringing customers back to us
• Win back customers

Qualification: Basic qualification required is any specialisation. MBA, Mass communication would be an added advantage.
