Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads for residential real estate projects.

Client Engagement: Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment goals.

Project Presentation: Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and payment plans.

Client Meetings: Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and site visits with the sales team.

Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Sales Conversion: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue.

Market Knowledge:



Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, and market developments.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, and follow-up records.

Required SkillsExcellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

A positive attitude with a strong hunger to achieve targets.

Willingness to make outbound calls and meet customers.

EligibilityFreshers and candidates with sales experience can apply.

Graduates from any discipline are preferred.
