Job Description
• Provide overall engineering leadership for the site, ensuring secure, compliant, reliable,



and cost-effective operations of utilities, facilities, infrastructure and engineering system.

• Develop and execute the site's Engineering Strategy aligned with business growth, operational excellence, regulatory requirements, and long-term organizational objectives.

• Lead Site Master Planning initiatives to support future manufacturing expansion, technology upgrades, capacity enhancement, and infrastructure modernization.

• Own and manage the site's annual operating budget and multi-year capital investment roadmap, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivery of business value.

• Drive CAPEX project identification, business case preparation, financial justification, approval processes, execution, and post-implementation benefit realization.
• Lead large-scale strategic projects involving facility expansion, utility upgrades, automation, digital transformation, sustainability programs, and operational improvement initiatives.
