The Opportunity – Senior Technical Account Manager

Our Skilled Services team is a mix of consultants, compensation experts, and sales professionals from a plethora of industries including SaaS, consulting, and financial services who adapt quickly and thrive in a fluid start-up culture.

What You’ll Do
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor,



collaborating with customers to facilitate crucial decision-making to optimize business processes fostering high product adoption and ultimately driving sustainable customer growth.

• Technical Excellence: Lead the technical delivery for up to 10 customers leveraging Xactly’s Products by architecting technical solutions rooted in best practices, ensuring every deployment provides a seamless user experience for long term solution health.

• Manage End-to-End Implementation Lifecycle: Drive the project delivery lifecycle with high quality; encompassing requirements definition, comprehensive documentation, system configuration, coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final deployment.

• Lead and Mentor: Oversee the work of others as a functional lead, mentoring new hires and identifying process gaps to continuously raise the bar for the team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience: 6-10 years of experience in Technology Consulting and Business Analysis, or related fields
