Job Description -

1 Closely work with all team members to build their capabilities to enhance team performance, while simultaneously innovating to increase plant effectiveness.

2 Thorough knowledge about raw material handling in yard, storage, charging and purchasing planning.

3 Coordination with all user departmental for monitoring of Quality.

4 Make study / investigation report as & when required by Management.

5 Ensuring proper & authentic calibration of instruments (XRF, Spectro,Satmagan, LECO,CSR-CRI, RI-RDI, CCS, Plastometer, LTGK), analysis verification, sieve measurement, etc.

6 Attend the daily operation departmental meetings, QC, departmental meetings as & when required.

7 Review & analysis of costing, and raw material planning to meeting target given by top management.





8 Ensure time bound implementation of cost reduction plan and recent projects to meet business plan.

9 Ensure proper compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 5S & TPM, NABL knowladge in the department.

10 Verification of chemical results & data in SAP, UD clearance of the incoming raw materials, etc.

11 Procurement of spare parts of the lab equipment, chemicals, Standard samples, etc..

12 Coordinate for the customer complaints as and when required.

13 Arrange emergency & safety needs and involve all to utilize them strictly at their work places.

14 Monitoring & perodically review the reliability, repetibility and reproducibility (cross check) of analytical test results, there by data accuarcy & consistency.

15 Drift Correction/ Calibration of XRF, Spectro & Standard solution.
