Job Description – HSE Officer

Location: Bokaro, Jharkhand

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 In-Hand per Month

Employment Type: Full-Time | Site-Based

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to ensure workplace safety, compliance, and implementation of HSE standards at the project/site.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements.

- Monitor PPE usage, work permits, and safe work practices.

- Investigate incidents/near-misses and prepare reports.

- Maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly HSE reports and documentation.

- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for workers.

- Coordinate with site/project teams to maintain a protected working environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of HSE/Safety experience.

- Relevant HSE/Safety qualification preferred.

- Candidates from Narayani, Patna University, RLI, or CLI preferred.

- Experience in industrial/project/site safety preferred.

- Strong knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessment, and statutory compliance.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work site-based in Bokaro.

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 In-Hand per Month
