Business Development Executive (IT Sales & Client Acquisition)

Job Overview : The company is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition for our IT Services and Staff Augmentation business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to generate recent business opportunities while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for IT Services and Staff Augmentation.

Identify, engage, and acquire new clients through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to provide suitable solutions.

Prepare proposals, conduct client meetings, negotiate commercials, and close deals.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while achieving monthly business targets.

Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and account growth.

Required Skills

-

2–4 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or IT Staffing Sales.

Strong understanding of IT Services, Software Development, and Staff Augmentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

-

Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales management.

Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term business engagements.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience working with international clients; MENA region exposure will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, Upwork, or similar business development tools.
