We are looking for a Solar Service Technician for scheduled inspections and periodic maintenance. Your main goal is to keep solar systems running at peak efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesPanel

Maintenance: Clean panels, explicit shade debris, and tighten mounting structures.System Checks: Inspect inverters, batteries, and AC/DC distribution boxes regularly.

Electrical Testing: Measure voltage and current outputs using multimeters.

Preventive Fixes: Check wiring, earthing, and connections to avoid generation drops.Reporting: Complete regular service checklists and log site performance.

RequirementsEducation: ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics engineering.Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with basic electrical knowledge welcome).

Skills: Comfortable working on rooftops and handling electrical tools.

Travel: Valid driver’s license for regular site visits.

Salary & PerksPay: Fixed monthly salary + performance incentives.

Allowances: Travel Allowance (TA) for site transit and Daily Allowance (DA) if traveling outstation.
