Salary: ₹15,000+ per month

Duty hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Experience: 2+ years in a residential community

What you will do

• Supervise housekeeping, gardening and security staff

• Daily rounds of common areas, gate and pump room

• Monitor water supply, motors, generator and sewage plant

• Arrange and supervise plumbers, electricians and vendors

• Maintain attendance, visitor and maintenance registers

• Handle residents' complaints and report to the Managing Committee

What we need

• 2+ years as supervisor or caretaker in an apartment or villa community

• Ex-servicemen and retired security personnel preferred

• Age 30 to 55 years

• Read and write Malayalam; basic English preferred

• Comfortable using a smartphone and WhatsApp

• Police Clearance Certificate mandatory
