Job description:

Follow up with vendors for order confirmation.

Check material production status with the supplier.

Confirm delivery date / dispatch schedule.

Ensure quantity and quality as per purchase order.

Coordinate with purchase, production, and stores departments.

Resolve delivery delays or supply issues.

Maintain vendor communication records (mail / call updates).

Track pending orders and expected delivery dates.

Ensure on-time material availability for production.

Build positive relationship with vendors for smooth supply.
