Looking for an enthusiastic IT admin profession willing to work individually reporting directly to CSO, CEO

Job Title: IT Admin Support Executive
Experience: 6 months to 3 years
Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA
Employment Type: Full-time Work from Office NOT Remote

About the Company
Our client is a growing organisation seeking an IT Admin Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and support office staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals
- Provide first-level IT support to employees, in person and remotely
- Manage user accounts, email IDs and access permissions
- Manage Google Drive shared drives, folder structure, sharing permissions and ownership transfers
- Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi, routers and basic network setup
- Handle software updates, antivirus, data backups and the IT asset inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC and procurement
- Support CCTV, biometric and telephone systems where applicable

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
- 13 years of experience in IT support




- Positive knowledge of Windows, MS Office, email and basic networking
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Google Drive sharing
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- CCNA or A+ certification is a plus

Additional Notes

Candidate must be open to working in-office; remote work is not available.
