AMOR Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a specialized talent acquisition and executive search firm serving Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Industrial clients across India.

Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, and references.
- Screen candidates and assess their suitability for client mandates.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and joining.




- Build candidate pipelines and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Achieve recruitment targets and close positions within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- Solid sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple mandates and work towards targets.

Preferred Background

Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Recruitment, or Executive Search is preferred.

Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
