Relationship Manager Mutual Funds & Investment Products

Role Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to lead and mentor the Sales Executive team, manage key client relationships, and drive business growth across mutual funds and other investment products.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead, guide and monitor the Sales Executive team, set targets and review performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail, affluent and HNI clients.
- Understand client objectives, risk profiles and investment horizons.
- Maintain knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, equities, insurance, loans and other financial products.
- Analyse mutual fund schemes and investment-product performance, risk and relevant parameters.
- Guide Sales Executives in presenting product data and research insights clearly to clients.
- Conduct client reviews and identify opportunities to grow AUM, SIPs and business.
- Monitor leads, conversions, AUM, SIPs, revenue and client retention.
- Coordinate with AMC/RTA/CAMS, Operations, Technology, Compliance and internal departments.
- Ensure proper KYC, documentation,



CRM updates and adherence to applicable SEBI, AMFI and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate repetitive work.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, Data/Business Analytics or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in mutual funds, wealth management, financial services, banking or investment distribution.
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, equities, SIP, STP, SWP, Regular/Direct Plans, Index Funds and FoFs.
- Knowledge of Alpha, Beta, Sharpe Ratio and Standard Deviation.
- Robust leadership, communication, client relationship and team-management skills.
- NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification preferred/required as applicable.

Compensation

Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, with applicable travel allowance or reimbursement as per company policy.
