We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of Talentcorp Solution.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
*Build and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
*Conduct client meetings, understand their staffing requirements, and propose appropriate solutions.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
*Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
*Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
*Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activities.
*Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
*Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
13 years of experience in business development, preferably in HR or recruitment services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite.
