Role & responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their beauty and skincare needs.
- Recommend suitable makeup, skincare, fragrances, and beauty products.
- Demonstrate makeup techniques and product applications.
- Achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain product displays, testers, and counter hygiene.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and promotions.
- Manage stock availability and report low-stock items.
- Maintain brand standards, grooming, and skilled appearance.
- Encourage cross-selling and upselling to increase sales.
