- Call leads and prospective home buyers to understand their requirements
- Pitch residential projects and qualify leads on budget, location and timeline
- Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects regularly
- Update lead status and call details in the CRM or Excel daily
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers (0 to 1 year) welcome; any graduate
- Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Confident, polite and persistent on calls
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Women candidates are encouraged to apply
- Must be able to work from the Pune office
