1. Mandatory: Hands-on experience in US Payroll or Canada Payroll.
2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant end-to-end payroll lifecycle experience.
3. Oracle: Experience with Oracle is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Relevant Background: Candidates from shared services organizations are preferred.
5. Payroll Functions: Experience in pre-payroll, post-payroll, payroll processing, or payroll time management will also be considered, provided you have a US/Canada Payroll background.
6. Shift: Must be comfortable working in complete night shifts and rotational shifts.
7. Work Arrangement: 5 days a week from the office.
8. Communication: Positive communication skills are mandatory.
9. Full time with Quess corp, will be deployed at Client location
