Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage breakdown maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

- Monitor performance metrics like PUE (Power Utilization Efficiency) to optimize energy consumption.

- Coordinate with vendors for spares management and ensure timely delivery of parts.

- Oversee utility maintenance operations, ensuring productive use of resources such as DG sets, hydraulics, pneumatics, cooling towers, EOT cranes, air compressors, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) & MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years' experience in mechanical engineering or automobile engineering with expertise in breakdown analysis, preventative maintenance, utilities management.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.

- Strong understanding of industrial equipment operation principles and ability to apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
