Job Overview

5C Network is looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Representative to promote its AI-powered teleradiology solutions to hospitals, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare providers. The candidate will generate leads, connect with prospective clients, explain the company's solutions, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with hospitals, diagnostic centres, radiology centres, and healthcare providers.
- Explain the company's AI-powered teleradiology solutions and their benefits to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups,



and client interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to achieve targets.
- Meet assigned lead-generation, calling, and sales objectives.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing is preferred for the experienced role.
- 1- 6 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, medical technology, or hospital sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and client follow-ups.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
