Role & responsibilities

- Prepare project cost estimates based on drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site requirements.
- Handle client billing, subcontractor bills, vendor bills, and final billing closures.
- Perform BOQ analysis, rate analysis, quantity take-offs, and cost calculations.
- Identify extra items, variations, and additional work for billing purposes.
- Prepare and submit client bills on time and follow up on payment collections.
- Maintain accurate billing, estimation, and contractual documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure cost accuracy and timely closure of billing for multiple interior fit-out projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.




- 4-6 years of experience in billing and estimation within the interior fit-out industry.
- Experience in commercial interiors or corporate office fit-out projects is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, quantity surveying, client billing, and subcontractor billing.
- Understanding of interior fit-out materials, finishes, specifications, labour rates, and market prices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and coordination abilities.
- Candidates with experience handling multiple projects and final billing closures will be preferred.
