- Source new customers and form eligible customer groups.
- Conduct customer meetings and compulsory group training sessions.
- Collect and verify KYC documents.
- Perform field credit checks, cash-flow analysis, and business and residence verification.
- Manage weekly center meetings and monitor customer repayments.
- Maintain portfolio quality and build strong customer relationships.
- Support local marketing activities and brand promotion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Below 32 Years
- Male & Female candidates eligible
- Valid Driving License or Learner's License (LLR) is mandatory
