Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Development
Design and support scalable, end to end solutions for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Optimization, Supply
Chain Management, MRP, WMS, Multi Book multi currency, and advanced revenue accounting.
Development: build, test, and deploy customizations using SuiteScript 2.x (Client, User Event, Scheduled,
Map/Reduce, Suitelet), SuiteFlow, and Advanced PDF/HTML templates.
¢ Sales Transactions: congure and automate quotes, sales orders, fulllments, invoices, credit memos, return
authorizations, and revenue arrangements.
¢ Inventory Transactions: support item receipts, fulllments, transfer orders, inventory adjustments, assembly builds,
and lot and serial tracking across locations and subsidiaries.
¢ Partner with accounting, nance, procurement, and supply chain to redesign legacy integrations, workflows, and
scripts for performance, scalability, and new business requirements.
Integration, Optimization and Leadership
¢ NetSuite to Salesforce: lead the integration between NetSuite and Salesforce, including customer and item sync,
opportunity and quote to sales order, and order, invoice, and payment status back to Salesforce.
¢ Integrations: integrate NetSuite with third party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Boomi, MuleSoft) using REST APIs,
SuiteTalk, and RESTlets.
¢ Automation: identify opportunities for AI, reporting,



and system improvements; lead evaluation, testing, and rollout
of new features, upgrades, and integrations.
¢ Optimization: run regular system audits to nd bottlenecks and optimize script performance and governance usage.
¢ Technical Leadership: act as subject matter expert, providing documentation, code reviews, and mentorship to
junior team members. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualications
¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related eld.
¢ 8+ years of dedicated NetSuite development and architecture, with recent custom development in SuiteScript.
¢ SuiteCloud: deep expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
¢ Integration: proven experience building and supporting NetSuite to Salesforce integrations and REST API
integrations with middleware.
¢ Transactions: strong knowledge of NetSuite sales and inventory transaction flows and their accounting impact.
¢ Web Technologies: JavaScript, JSON, and XML; HTML/CSS for Advanced PDF/HTML templates.
¢ Database: solid understanding of relational databases and SuiteQL.
¢ Platform: comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite ERP, CRM, and OneWorld environments.
¢ Solid knowledge of IT controls required for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
Preferred Certications: NetSuite Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer, or ERP Consultant.
