- Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and stock.
- Operate baking equipment and maintain kitchen tools.
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of desserts.
- Assist in developing recent dessert recipes and menu items.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain freshness of products.
