We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in the Electrical Contracting / MEP industry to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and secure electrical contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and business opportunities for electrical and MEP projects.
- Develop relationships with builders, developers, consultants, PMCs, architects and corporate clients.
- Identify upcoming projects and obtain enquiries, BOQs and tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, tenders and commercial proposals.
- Follow up with clients for negotiations and project orders.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 45 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably with an Electrical / MEP contracting company.
- Good understanding of electrical projects, BOQs, tendering and commercial proposals.
- Solid communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Existing network with Mumbai-based consultants, developers and contractors will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
