Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Understand products, internal tools, and business processes and leverage them to drive automation and operational efficiency.
Use data analysis and scientific management techniques to solve business problems and support decision-making.
Analyze existing ("As-Is") processes and design optimized ("To-Be") workflows to improve quality, throughput, and operational effectiveness.
Identify and propose initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and process excellence.
Suggest improvements to workflows, operational processes, and business practices.
Product & User Experience Analysis
Lead analysis activities for the process, focusing on product features, user behavior, and overall user experience.
Raise and drive feature requests that impact or improve process performance and user outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify product enhancement opportunities and support implementation.
Documentation & Requirements Gathering
Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new proposals, enhancements, and process improvements.
Design and recommend new workflows to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Review policy and process documentation and provide recommendations for improvement and standardization.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports for business reviews and performance evaluations.
Prepare scorecards for vendors, processes, and operational teams.
Define, monitor, and improve KPIs and performance metrics.
Conduct user response analysis, quality measurement, and performance trend analysis.
Forecast resource requirements and business volumes for various operational processes.
Financial & Operational Analysis




Perform financial analysis including:
Cost-Benefit Analysis
Resource Costing
Overhead Costing
Pricing Analysis
Productivity and Profitability Analysis
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational and financial outcomes.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage projects from planning through execution, including effort estimation, reporting, and coordination.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
Lead the support team to drive analysis, audits, pilot programs, and process improvement initiatives.
Drive pilot projects, evaluate results, and recommend enhancements and next steps.
Support data enhancement initiatives by collaborating with multiple teams and products.
Executive Communication
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and business review materials for leadership.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Participate in strategic initiatives focused on increasing user participation and product adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and requirement gathering.
Experience in writing PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and workflow documentation.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization tools.
Experience in forecasting, dashboard creation, KPI development, and reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Experience in conducting audits, pilot studies, and operational analysis is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
