Responsibilities

- Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling the master schedule, resources, and budget for complex underground construction
- Ensure projects are completed on time by identifying risks, managing project logic, and coordinating between site teams, clients, and consultants
- Develop and maintain the overall project master program
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly site progress, prepare S-curves, look-ahead plans, and MIS reports for management and clients
- Plan and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials to ensure productive usage cost-load the schedule to monitor cash flow and project budget
- Identify schedule risks related to geology, ground improvement, and logistics, developing contingency plans to mitigate delays
- Prepare and review construction method statements, ensuring they align with the project timeline and technical specifications
