Role: Senior Dispatcher / Command Centre Lead 247 Dispatch & Activity Monitoring
Experience: 6-12 Years
Location: Bangalore-work from office, Rotational Shifts
Role purpose
Lead a dispatch shift everything a dispatcher does, plus shift ownership, L1 escalations and dispatch quality.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out all dispatcher duties (see Dispatcher profile)
- Own shift handover
- Handle L1 escalations
- Prioritise the queue and make SLA-risk calls
- Mentor junior dispatchers
- Produce shift reports
- Essential skills and experience
- 8+ years in field-service dispatch or NOC for US clients (6+ considered with solid lead experience)
- SLA-driven ticket management and escalation handling
- Knows US geography and time zones
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Willing to work rotating shifts including nights
