Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and material inventory for high-rise luxury residential construction projects.
- Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, material receipts, issues, and return records.
- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and contractors for timely material availability.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, preservation, and identification of construction materials.
- Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and initiate material replenishment requests.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain records of cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials.
- Ensure compliance with material safety, storage procedures, and company inventory policies.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports and support internal and external audits.
