We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager (CRM) with 3-5 years of experience, preferably including exposure to the interior design or home interiors industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling escalations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Customer Escalation Handling: Address client complaints, concerns, and escalations professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Interiors Project Coordination: Coordinate with design, sales, project execution, site operations, and installation teams to resolve client queries and provide regular project updates.
- Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience from project initiation to handover.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential customer concerns related to project timelines, design changes, material delivery, installation, and service quality.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to track pending issues, monitor resolution timelines,



and ensure commitments made to clients are fulfilled.
- Client Feedback & Satisfaction: Collect customer feedback, monitor satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
- Follow-ups & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, complaints, escalations, resolutions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a qualified and empathetic approach while managing client expectations and resolving conflicts.

Who We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, Customer Service, or Escalation Management.
- Prior experience in the interiors, home interiors, interior design, furniture, or home improvement industry is preferred.
- Experience handling customer escalations and coordinating with multiple teams for issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, customer tracking systems, and MS Excel is an added advantage.
