Job Title: HR Recruiter Non-IT (Immediate joiners)
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Salary: 20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and earn additional incentives.
Eligibility:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates residing on the Western Line will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and eager to learn.
Working Days & Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (versatile).
- Saturday: 4 hours (half-day).
- Every 3rd Saturday: Off.
