Roles & Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Plant Management: Oversee the complete daily operations, process optimization, and preventive maintenance of the ETP, STP, WTP, and advanced RO systems.
- Process Efficiency & Optimization: Analyze key parameters (pH, TDS, COD,BOD, TSS) to identify trends, troubleshoot critical process deviations, and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Team Leadership & Safety Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of supervisors and operators. Allocate shifts, enforce strict safety protocols, and ensure the proper usage of PPE.
- Chemical & Cost Control: Monitor chemical dosing efficiency, manage chemical inventory, track consumption metrics, and optimize operational costs without compromising water quality.
- Equipment & Breakdown Oversight: Identify mechanical/electrical plant issues early. Coordinate directly with maintenance teams during breakdowns to minimize plant downtime.
- Reporting & Client Management: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational data and plant performance reports to higher management or clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile:





- Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in wastewater treatment, with at least 2-3 years specifically leading/managing a team as an Incharge or Supervisor.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience handling biological treatments, chemical balancing, sludge handling, and complex RO,MEE, or ZLD systems.
- Reporting Skills: Must possess strong verbal/written communication and data entry skills to handle operational reporting.
- Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates coming from high-effluent industries such as Textiles, Dyes, Pigments, Chemicals, Paints, or Specialty Chemical manufacturing.
- Core Abilities: Exceptional troubleshooting, site supervision, and team-handling capabilities. Willingness to work actively at the client site.
