Role Overview

TYGA is looking for a Retail HR Executive with experience in the retail industry to manage HR operations across multiple stores. The candidate should be capable of handling high-pressure hiring requirements, employee grievances, onboarding, training, and coordination with store teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle high-volume recruitment for multiple retail stores within tight timelines.
- Manage employee grievances and support employee engagement.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.




- Organize training programs for store staff and store managers.
- Handle HR vendors and staffing agencies.
- Support store managers with day-to-day HR activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Travel to multiple retail stores as required to support HR operations.

Requirements

- Previous HR experience in the retail industry is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple store requirements and high-pressure hiring.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly across multiple retail stores is mandatory.
