Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Outbound Calling Agent to connect with potential customers, explain our products or services, generate leads, and support business growth through effective phone communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and relevant information clearly.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.





Candidate Requirements

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred.
- Ability to handle rejection and communicate confidently with customers.
- Positive attitude, persuasion skills, and a target-oriented approach.
