About the role:

Join a dynamic team as an IT Infrastructure & Network Support Engineer, where you'll troubleshoot and support critical network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.

Job description: Troubleshoot and support Aruba 6300M/6200F switches, wireless and network infrastructure., Handle VLAN, switching, trunking, PoE, connectivity, basic routing and network performance issues., and Monitor network incidents, analyze logs and implement.

Required Candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking or related field. Must-have: Aruba enterprise networking, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN Experience: 4-10 years

Key responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and support Aruba 6300M/6200F switches, wireless, and network infrastructure.

- Handle VLAN, switching, trunking, PoE, connectivity, basic routing, and network performance issues.

- Monitor network incidents, analyze logs, and implement approved configuration changes.

- Coordinate with HPE/Aruba OEM support for escalations, hardware replacement, and firmware upgrades.

- Provide onsite/remote IT support for Windows, Microsoft 365, desktops, laptops, printers, VPN, and user accounts.Role & responsibilities
