Role & responsibilities
- Business Development and Growth
- Branch Operations and Monitoring
- Team Management
- Risk Management and Compliance
- Achieve gold loan disbursement, portfolio growth, renewal and customer acquisition targets for the assigned area.
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase the gold loan portfolio and market share.
- Monitor branch-wise business performance and implement corrective measures wherever required.
- Develop relationships with existing customers, prospective borrowers and local business communities.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 8 to 20 years of relevant experience in the NBFC.
- Prior experience in gold loan operations and managing multiple branches is essential.
