The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. This role requires an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to help drive sales and brand loyalty.

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products to meet their needs.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Promote complementary products and upsell effectively to increase basket size.
- Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.




- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and availability
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Any Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
