About the Company:

East to West Construction and Mining Limited, also known as EW Construction, is a leading civil and structural construction company operating in Zambia. The company specializes in delivering high-quality construction and mining projects with a strong focus on steel structures and fabrication excellence.

Role Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop fabrication drawings for steel structures.

Perform Tekla Modelling and detailing using Tekla Structures software.

Work with Advanced Steel and AutoCAD 2D for structural detailing.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to deliver precise detailing solutions.

Review and modify drawings to meet client and project requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Tekla Structures, Advanced Steel, and AutoCAD 2D.

Hands-on experience in fabrication drawing preparation and steel structure detailing.





Ability to interpret engineering drawings and convert them into detailed fabrication models.

Minimum 35 years of relevant experience preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
