We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring for Field Sales and Technical (Blue-Collar) profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Field Sales and Technical roles.
- Manage bulk hiring as per business requirements and hiring targets.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, references, consultants, and local networks.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills:
- 1-4 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring for Field Sales and Technical/Blue-Collar profiles.
