### 1. International Voice Process Banking

**CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA**

- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process

- **US/UK Banking experience mandatory**

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong process knowledge

### 2. SME Banking Process

**CTC: Up to 8 LPA**

- Minimum 3 years experience in International Voice Process

- Banking process experience mandatory

- Team handling experience/knowledge required

- Solid process knowledge

### 3. Team Lead – Banking Process

**CTC: Up to 10 LPA**

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Lead

- **Team Lead experience on paper is mandatory**

- Banking process experience mandatory

- Strong team handling and process knowledge

### Common Eligibility

- Any Graduation is mandatory

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong process knowledge

- Team handling experience

- Comfortable working in night shifts

### Shift & Work Pattern

**Night Shift**

**5 Working Days + 2 Rotational Week Offs**
