Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Factory HR operations and workforce administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage Payroll, PF, ESIC and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, shift and workforce management.
- Manage Employee Relations and resolve employee grievances.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning.
- Maintain HR records, registers and statutory documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies when required.
- Ensure compliance with factory policies, safety requirements and HR procedures.
