About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR skilled who brings strong expertise in Talent Acquisition along with hands-on experience in HR Operations. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end hiring processes while ensuring smooth execution of core HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech, non-tech, and business

roles (sourcing and onboarding).

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and

workforce needs.

• Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media,

referrals, and proactive sourcing.

• Conduct screening, competency assessments, and interview

coordination.





• Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate experience

improvements.

• Maintain recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and report

weekly progress.

Requirements & Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to HR Operations.

• Proven ability to close positions within defined timelines.

• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, networking). • Experience working in fast-paced or scaling environments is preferred. • Good understanding of HR processes, documentation, and systems.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage hiring pipelines independently. Personal Attributes
