Job Description: UK International Voice Support Executive

Process: UK Voice Process Shift: Rotational Shifts Weekly Offs: Rotational Offs Cab Facility: Chargeable Cabs Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers.

- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Communicate professionally in English.

- Promote upgrades and recommend additional products or services through upselling and cross-selling.

- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.

- Meet customer service and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good English communication skills.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Positive listening and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.





- Comfortable handling UK customers over voice calls.
