Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily car rental and fleet operations.
- Coordinate vendors, vehicles and drivers.
- Manage vehicle allocation, tracking and dispatch.
- Monitor service quality and vendor performance.
- Resolve operational and customer issues.
- Handle vendor negotiations and cost control.
- Coordinate billing and payment-related activities.
- Manage the operations team and improve processes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 4- 8 years of experience .
- Strong vendor and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle tracking and fleet operations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational reports.
- Candidates from car rental, travel, transport or mobility companies preferred.
