- Oversee shift activities, including boiler operation, turbine maintenance, and generator monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a healthy work workplace by implementing operational excellence practices.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall plant performance.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in Power Plant Operation or related field.
- Strong knowledge of boilers, generators, and turbines; ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Proven track record in managing shifts effectively; excellent communication skills required.
